SDG8: DECENT WORK AND ECONOMIC WORTH

Approximately half of the world's population still lives on less than about two dollars a day. In many places, having a job does not guarantee escaping the clutches of poverty. This necessitates a reevaluation of our economic and social policies to combat poverty, with the use of new tools in this area. The continued lack of decent work opportunities, inadequate investments, and low consumption lead to the erosion of the basic social contract upon which democratic societies are built: the need for everyone to participate in progress.

Achievements of Al-Noor College in the Goal of Decent Work and Economic Growth:

- The college organized a seminar titled "The Foreign Currency Crisis in Iraq," which discussed the historical evolution of the dollar and the causes of the dollar crisis in Iraq.

- Increased the number of employees across various departments and divisions of the college, covering a range of specializations.
