SDG15: LIFE ON LAND

Most living organisms reside on land across the planet. When we approach life in line with the spirit of sustainable development, one of the top priorities is to preserve and sustain the life of terrestrial organisms, along with setting specific plans for their sustainable development. This is what Al-Noor University is keen to adopt in its academic system, as there is no future without life on land.

1. A tree-planting campaign in the university campus to increase the green space.

2. Al-Noor University contributes to the reforestation of Mosul's forests.

3. A lecture titled (The Effect of Metals on the Physiological, Anatomical, and Molecular Characteristics of Plants).

4. A faculty member from Al-Noor University presents research on combating environmental pollution.

5. Environmental Pollution and Laws to Reduce It - an In-Person Lecture at Al-Noor University.

6- The Quality Assurance Department at Alnoor University organizes a training workshop on modern techniques in agriculture.
